Nicole Leicher

A termination or a workplace conflict requires a clear legal assessment. Ms Leicher advises and represents both employees and employers in employment law, drawing on several years of experience as in-house counsel at an international corporation. She represents clients in out-of-court negotiations and has litigated numerous cases before German labor and civil courts. She was admitted to the bar in 2017. She has been with Marten & Graner since June 2023. She has held the title of Certified Specialist Lawyer in Employment Law since 2024. As a certified guardian ad litem, she also holds an additional qualification for cases involving children. In family law, she focuses on advising and representing clients in custody and visitation matters. She completed the corresponding training in 2024 at the Academy for Legal Psychology in Berlin.
